The atmosphere at YogAyur Retreats is intimate and cozy. When not in class or workshops, you’ll enjoy the extremely clear and calm Mediterranean sea. Walk around the Island, spend time unwinding in the untamed and rugged nature, or rest in the comfortable, cool spaces of the house.

Meditation is a practice known throughout the world as a relaxation technique and as a means of deep knowledge of the Self. To meditate means to immerse oneself in a state of deep calm and to cultivate oneself, by correctly regulating breathing and mastering one’s own thoughts.

Each morning you’ll wake to an early one and a half hour class led by Yogayur teachers. The classes are taught in English and Italian as needed. The afternoons are filled with a specialized workshop and an afternoon yoga class before the evening activities and dinner.
